      Based on their interests and guided by adult volunteers, youth develop their own pathway in 4‑H. They select from a broad menu of local 4‑H programs and projects. There are hands-on, learn by doing, opportunities for everyone. Kansas 4-H is a vibrant youth development program for K-State Research and Extension. 4-H is the largest, out-of-school youth development program in the state, reaching nea youth in all 56 counties each year.
